          Personal transformation has been my obsession since I was 16 years old. Bullying at school created long lasting effects, especially a struggle with low self esteem and self worth that persisted into adulthood<\/span>.<\/span><\/i><\/h4>\n

          Hypnotherapy studies began when I was 21 whilst working full time, a lot of other qualifications followed. I travelled the world, then my online work began when I had my first child. I ran a conscious parenting site helping women undo patterns from childhood that were keeping them stuck in negative parenting cycles.<\/p>\n

          I’ve been through my own personal journey of healing low self esteem and confidence and then I did the work, changing myself from the inside out. That transformation led to a 6 figure business doing mindset and marketing for female entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
